Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your tour package, the following terms apply unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation:

• All refunds are subject to deduction of non-refundable amounts charged by hotels, airlines, and other service providers
• If you booked a promotional or discounted package, it may be non-refundable.
•  “The refund process will be completed within 3–5  working days.”
